1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using PetLifeBook, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Proper Use
PetLifeBook is provided as a pet health organization tool for personal use. You agree to use the application for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. PetLifeBook does not provide veterinary advice — always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns about your pet.
3. Apple In-App Purchases
PetLifeBook offers optional Pro upgrades via Apple In-App Purchases, including monthly and annual subscriptions purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Local Data Management
PetLifeBook functions as a local-first application. All your data is stored exclusively on your device. You are solely responsible for managing, securing, and backing up your data. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or other local issues.
5. Intellectual Property
PetLifeBook, including its logo, branding, design, and software, is the property of SAPOSS. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
6. Limitation of Liability
PetLifeBook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall SAPOSS be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
7. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of PetLifeBook after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
